Unity gift candles are commonly custom printed to match your personalized unity candle, including design, candle color, ink color, bride’s and groom’s first names, and wedding date. Gift candles are a great way to say thank you to parents, grandparents or other loved ones who are a special part of your wedding day. The unity gift candle symbolizes the union of the bride and groom as two become one. Presenting unity gift candles to parents or other loved ones adds a touching and sentimental moment to your special day. Each gift candle will become a keepsake momento of your wedding day and a reminder of your devotion to one another. There are different ways to incorporate the unity gift candle presentation into your unity candle-lighting ceremony. Here are a few options:

OPTION 1: Present the Unity Gift Candles Before the Unity Candle Ceremony

Prior to the wedding, call or meet with your ceremony officiant to advise him of your intention to present gift candles to your parents(or other loved ones). Ask the officiant if he would say a few words about the purpose of the unity gift candles while you present them to your parents(other loved ones) prior to your unity candle-lighting ceremony.

Sample wordingOfficiant: (Name of Bride) and (Name of Groom) will now present their parents with a unity gift candle to symbolize their union – two shall become one as they join together as husband and wife.

Place your gift candles near the unity candle, when decorating for the wedding ceremony. Once the unity candle-lighting ceremony is about to begin, the bride and groom should each take a single unity gift candle and present it to their parents. This can be done simultaneously or the bride can present her gift candle to her parents first, followed by the groom’s presentation to his parent’s. Another option is to have the groom present a candle to the bride’s parents and the bride present a candle to the groom’s parents. Any additional gift candles, for other family members or friends, should be presented to loved ones after the parents and/or grandparents have received their gift candles.

OPTION 2: Present the Unity Gift Candles After the Unity Candle Ceremony
Prior to the wedding, call or meet with your ceremony officiant to advise him of your intention to present gift candles to your parents(or other loved ones). Ask the officiant if he would say a few words about the purpose of the unity gift candles while you present them to your parents(or other loved ones) immediately following your unity candle-lighting ceremony.

Sample wordingOfficiant: As (Name of Bride) and (Name of Groom) have symbolized their union by lighting the unity candle, they will now present their parents with a unity gift candle to symbolize their love and commitment to each other as they join together as husband and wife.

Follow the steps outlined in Option 1 above regarding the placement of the unity gift candles and the order in which each candle should be presented. If you will be having a pianist, organist or disc jockey play music throughout your wedding ceremony, you may also consider having them play a portion of special song during your gift candle presentation. The music may be played softly while the officiant says a few words about your presentation, or you may wish to have only music playing during your presentation. The most important thing is to personalize your gift candle presentation according to what you feel is most appropriate and special for you and your gift recipients.

Today I had a wonderful telephone call. What could be better to start to the week, than a call to say someone I have seen has found their lives changed because of it. Sharon was so excited as she spoke on the phone. “I just wanted to say that I have been to the dentist” she began. I was so pleased.

I met Sharon at the door a few weeks ago. She had booked the
appointment because she had been so afraid to go to the dentist that she had not been, even for a check-up, since she was just a little girl. She had often tried, as she had been worried that her teeth needed urgent attention. However, the very thought of going to the dentist was enough to make her begin to shake.

As Sharon stood at my the door, simply knowing that she had come to see me about her fear of dentistry, was already making her shake and quiver. I guided her into the lounge, and sat her down. She was jumpy and nervous, and told me in a shaking voice abut her problem. Every muscle in her body was violently shaking, and only by summoning up all of her strength could she continue with her story.

I decided that Sharon would need two sessions, the first of which was to calm her completely, and prepare her for the second appointment! At the end of the first appointment, Sharon was surprised how she had completely stopped shaking, even as we were speaking about her fear.

The second session began very well, and Sharon settled into a peaceful trance, trusting that I would be helping her, and that I would not do anything nasty to her!!

On other occasions when I had been dealing with fear of dentistry, I had come accross some horrific cases where people had been subject to terrific pain and frightening experiences,
and I had used all of my skills to induce pain relief and override tortuous memories of dental appointments from hell, so I was pleasantly surprised, if not amazed, that Sharon’s fears had grown from much less horrific incidents.

There were a couple of elements to the foundation of Sharon’s fears, and they all began when she was about five years old.

The first problem related to the rubber face mask which dentists used to placed over childrens’ mouths in order for them to have gas. I remember this experience well, myself. That horrible smell! Well, in order to make this experience comfortable in Sharon’s subconscious, while Sharon was in trance, I changed the mask into a magic chocolate mask, which smelled of chocolate, and when the mask came over the face, all the chocolate fairies appeared, and entertained Sharon by reading stories, and playing games, until the chocolate face
mask was removed.

This worked very well in removing that fear from Sharon’s subconscious. I then had to tackle the problem of the fear of the pain, as a result of the injection, as there were no memories of pain from anything else in her subconscious.

I created some anaesthesia techniques which would be used in her subconscious memory of the injection, and also would be available for Sharon to use later, in full consciousness, using her subconscious mind to do the work. There are a number of techniques which can be used, but I chose two which seem to be good companions.

The first technique involves growing an analgesic glove around one hand, and then wherever this glove touches, the analgesia can flow into that area, like a mist of numbness. The glove can be created by the client sitting quietly for a while, just imagining the glove growing around their hand. Can you imagine the pleasant surprise when it actually works, and an area becomes numb after being touched by this glove!

The second technique involves switching off nerves. The client imagines a bank of switches and keeps on switching them off until the pain has completely gone out.

Sharon found that after her extensive dental work, she needed no other pain killers than these two techniques. She was delighted. She was so amazed at her experience with
hypnotherapy, she just had to phone me, and then she sent me this e-mail.

Dear Olivia,

Since I was the age of 8 or 9 I have been terrified of dentists and needles, and I have to say sceptical of Hypnotherapy, I couldn’t quite grasp how someone could get into my mind and tell me everything was going to be o.k. but here I am at 52 years of age saying to you after 2 visits, thank you for getting into my mind and allowing me to go to the Dentist and booking a consultant all in 1 week and having all my teeth out. I was under anesthetic at 10am out at 12.30 an over night stay and back home the day after. I used no pain killers! I am a different woman, my whole outlook on life has changed and boy just wait till I get my new teeth I am going to show the world what a real smile is all about. Without you Olivia I could never have done it, and I am indebted to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sharon Noble.

A person’s wedding is one of the most memorable, important, and high points in an individual’s life. At a time when a man and a woman want to make the ultimate commitment to spend the rest of their lives together, the desire to have personalized vows is certainly understandable. This is one of the most unique and special days in a person’s life, so if you want to speak your own personal wedding vows, than by all means, you should go for it!

Writing your own vows can be intimidating. Wedding days always add pressure to even the most mundane of tasks, and certainly writing the vows you want to say to your significant other in front of all your friends and family is no small matter! Still, don’t let fear cause you to go along with some basic commonly used wedding vows if you really want that personalized touch. Just follow a few basic tips, and this will help you be on your way to writing the tips your future spouse deserves!

1. Write from the heart. Your wedding day represents the epitome of love between you and your future spouse. The two of you are together for a reason. Anything you write should be honest and from your heart, because that is what will really make your words special.
2. You don’t have to be Robert Frost or Emily Dickinson. If you are a poet, great. Keep in mind, though, that in the end words are just words. Your wedding vows do not have to be an amazing classic piece of literaturethey need to be an honest display of your feelings for the other person. Don’t use long poetical words if all it does is put distance between your words and your feelings.
3. It’s okay to brainstorm. Before you set down to write everything, make a list of the things about your spouse that you absolutely love about your spouse, then make a list of the commitments you want to make. Figure out what parts of those lists you really want to include (keep in mind the vows are read in front of families and friends) and keep those.
4. Short and Sweet. It doesn’t take many words or a lot of time to make your heart known to everyone present. A lot can be said in a really short time, so don’t feel like you have to make the vows any longer than they naturally come out.

Follow these four tips, and you’ll find yourself getting over your worries to write some great wedding vows that your spouse will love!

There is so much hype out there about electronic medical claims billing. If you are not sending your claims electronically yet, you are probably too embarrassed to admit it. And if you are, you are probably wondering if the method you are using is the best. What is the real truth behind electronic billing?

Many of the larger insurance companies are really pushing providers to submit their claims electronically. Some are even calling the provider’s offices and telling them that they are mandating electronic submissions by a certain date and that they will no longer accept paper claims. Others offer incentives to submit electronically, such as faster payment, or even no authorization required for services if claims are submitted electronically.

Bottom line, the real question for a provider is “is electronic billing really necessary for my practice” and “what will it require of me.”

For the first question, I think that everyone must realize that with the changes in technology electronic submission of medical claims is inevitable. Today’s society is moving towards paperless transactions in many ways.

The second question will depend upon many things such as how large, or small, your office is, how much equipment you already have and how up-to-date it is.

One of the biggest misconceptions of electronic billing is that it makes the billing in your office a lot simpler. In some ways it does, but it presents you with a whole different set of tasks that you didn’t have before. I’m not implying that it makes anything harder. Just that there are things that go along with electronic billing that you did not have to do before such as reading and acting on reports and maintaining and updating the electronic software.

When you submit a claim on paper, the claim is both received and processed, or you never hear a thing. Hopefully in the latter case, your staff will call and check status on it after 30 days. Whether your paper claim has complete and accurate information on it or not, it will be handled the same way. You will either receive payment for the claim, or an explanation of benefits showing a reason for denial.

When you submit claims electronically, it is not quite so simple. First, you will receive a report letting you know if your batch of electronic claims was accepted or rejected. If a claim has incorrect data such as an incorrect date of birth, it will be rejected before it ever reaches the insurance companies claims processing system. You will receive a report, usually within 24 – 48 hours showing all rejected claims, and the reasons for the rejections. You will also receive a report showing the claims that were accepted with no errors.

It is very helpful to receive notice so quickly that your claim had incorrect information; however, you now have to make sure your staff is able to check on this report and take the time to find and correct the needed information.

What electronic billing is actually doing is letting you know sooner that you have problems with specific claims. When you are submitting them on paper, you generally don’t find out about the problem claims until you are doing a follow-up report and calling the insurance companies. So by submitting your claims electronically, you are not eliminating all the problem claims, you are finding out about them sooner.

Once you decide to take the plunge into electronic billing, there are still choices to be made. Is the practice management system you are currently using capable of submitting claims electronically? If not, you will need to update or change your software. You will need to determine how you will submit your claims to the insurance companies. A clearing house may be the best option, or if you are a larger practice, or billing service, you may want to consider software that allows you to act as your own clearing house.

In any case, if you are not already submitting your claims electronically, it probably would be wise to start researching your options. A good place to start is by contacting your practice management system support and asking them if they recommend any method in particular. Another way is to ask your colleagues. Electronic claims submission is a big step and it should not be taken lightly.

Many of the patients who had hip recall used in their hip cup replacement surgical procedures are learning that there are negative ramifications that far exceed the regular expectations for recovery. These implant recipients are feeling a lot of extra pain for lengthier time periods, facing revision surgeries and elevated medical costs, and losing income by being unable to work at their official jobs. Although Zimmer Holdings, Inc. is demanding that that their implant is not possibly imperfect and not to blame for the faulth cup hip implants, many people are filing cases against them and getting settlements.

In October, 2008 Zimmer announced that it had set aside $47.5 million to pay for lawsuits they had received. Many physicians have some issues that the durom cup hip implant is good to go and without problems. In Point Of Fact, when Zimmer offered up on-line education to docs in order to teach them what they said were more correct techniques for doing the implant surgery, roughly 50% of the doctors refused to participate. Thus, the entire situation proceeds to be stressful for all doctors participating, but none more than the hundreds of individuals who are looking forward to revision surgery due to the problems with their implant not staying secure in the socket.

These distressed implant recipients definitely merit some help and restitution which is the reason product liability attorneys are suggesting and telling them to file lawsuits. Zimmer hip implants has been resolving these claims before they go to court. Nevertheless, even if the payoff they are being offered seems like it could be a air settlement, in many cases patients are deciding too fast and with no provision being made for on-going issues if they happen down the road. If they don’t wait to find out what cases are actually going to be worth, individuals might find themselves incurring alot more expenses out of their own funds when further complications arise.

If your orthopedic surgeon lets you know that you require a revision surgical operation to resolve your Zimmer Durom hip replacement device, get in touch with an lawyer right now.

As soon as attorney realizes that you have a good case, be prepared to wait in order to get the best settlement you can possibly get. Pay close attention to the wisdom and advice that your attorney provides for you and do not rush the process including the restitution. By not rushing this stage, you will most likey get a larger settlement offer.

There are several types of aromatherapy diffusers, all of which are designed to disperse fragrant and therapeutic essential oils into the air. An aromatherapy diffuser can be used as a natural air freshener in a room or even in a car. Natural plant oils offer an alternative to synthetic fragrances that can cause allergic reactions in some people. As well as having a nice fragrance, pure essential oils can be used to promote physical and psychological well being. As the aroma molecules are diffused into the atmosphere, they’re inhaled into the lungs and absorbed into the bloodstream, where their benefits can take effect on the body and mind.

Aromatherapy essential oils can be used to produce a calming, refreshing or uplifting mood. Different oils have different aromas and uses. For instance, lavender oil is well known for its relaxing properties, whereas tea tree oil is used by many people to ward off symptoms of colds. Diffusion can be done in a number of ways. Essential oil burners are widely used. These involve a few drops of pure essential oil being diluted in a small bowl of water, which is then heated above a tea light. Some people prefer to simply add the oil to a bowl of boiling water, to avoid the risks of a burning flame. The heat helps to disperse the aroma into a room.

Other types of aromatherapy diffusers that use heat include light bulb rings and those that use an electric heat source. Using aromatherapy candles is another popular way to freshen a room. Fan diffusers, powered by either batteries or electricity, work by blowing air over a tray or pad of oil. A special aromatherapy nebulizer is believed by many aromatherapists to be an even more effective way to disperse oils. Nebulizers break down the oil into separate molecules, to make it easier for the lungs to inhale them. For a cheap and portable way to benefit from aromatherapy oils, clay pots are really useful. A few drops of oil added to the pot can slowly disperse through the porous surface to freshen the air in a room or in a car.

Essential oil diffusers are brilliant for freshening the air in a room and creating a welcoming atmosphere, without the use of any artificial chemicals.

Crystal ball gazing has been around for thousands of years, although nobody knows for sure when it was first used as a way of channelling the thoughts buried deep within the subconscious mind.

Using a crystal ball in order to visualise events is a form of scrying. While crystal ball gazing is the most popular and therefore most recognised form of scrying, any reflective surface can be used. A bowl of waterof even better, inkworks well, as does a mirror.

A common misconception is that a crystal ball has magical powerssupernatural qualities that enable it to foresee the future. This is untrue and if we consider that the Buddhist name for quartz crystalthe crystal from which scrying balls are madeis “visible nothingness”, we can understand that it’s the clearness of the crystal that gives it extraordinary scrying qualities.

When using a crystal ball, a state of light trance is induced, a state very similar to that reached during meditation. This state of trance gives the gazer a dissociation of consciousness that allows information to pass through to the “mind’s eye”. It’s here we see images, not in the crystal ball itself.

Crystal ball gazing takes patience as it can be weeks before images are seen. Using a crystal ball isn’t simply a matter of wishing for supernatural powers; the gazer needs to increase her awareness of her higher levels of consciousness. It’s therefore important that:

  • Scrying takes place when you’re unlikely to be disturbed
  • You sit in subdued lighting (candle light is recommended)
  • You place the crystal ball or bowl of water on a dark, preferably black, surface in order to eliminate reflections
  • You relax into a meditative state

Never try to see images – it’s important that they’re allowed to appear naturally. Look “through” the crystal ball at the image inside in much the same way as you’d view a “magic eye” picture.

Images may appear cloudy at first. Rather than concentrating on them, look past the cloudiness until it clears. Some of those using a crystal ball describe the sensation of crystal ball gazing as “staring into a bottomless void”.

Once images have formed, use your instincts to interpret them. Go with your first thoughts. Remember that the images are messages being sent from deep within your subconscious mind so your first thought will be a reaction to the message you’re receiving even though you may not be aware of it.

One question that’s almost always asked is “can crystal ball gazing foresee the future?” While fairground charlatans would have you believe that it’s possible, the truth is that our future paths are dependent upon the choices we make throughout life so there’s no possible way of knowing exactly what will happen. Crystal ball gazing can help the viewer foresee minor events that are already bound to happen and that the subconscious mind understands, but these are of very little relevance.

However, it’s important to understand that crystal ball gazing, or any other form of scrying, isn’t recommended for anybody of a nervous disposition. Nobody knows for sure what kind of images will appear when using a crystal ball, or what the messages being sent from the subconscious mind may be. Sometimes they can be quite disturbing.

Some of the biggest expenses will arise from the cost of the wedding attire with the bridal outfit accounting for a substantial sum of money. On top of that will be the costs of bridesmaid dresses, flowers, corsages and suit hire or purchase for the groom and best man. The wedding rings for the bride and groom will also be costly purchases as will the gifts for the bridesmaids and mums. The gifts given to the bridesmaid are usually pieces of jewellery and mums usually get lovely big bouquets of flowers.

Decide on how many people you are going to invite and then look at potential venues and catering costs and explore the alternatives. You don’t have to have a costly formal sit down meal when a more relaxed buffet style function may better suit your needs. If you do opt for formal you may choose to limit the number of people at the formal sit down meal to limit costs and then invite more guests to an evening buffet disco.

If you are getting married in church you will need to arrange some form of transport and there are many options such as Rolls Royces or maybe a horse drawn carriage.
The time of year that you are getting married may dictate many of the above, for instance you may not want arrive at a marquee in the middle of winter with the real likelihood of bad weather affecting your arrangements.

Of course you and you future spouse may just decide to go abroad either alone or with a few friends and family and get married on a beach, up a mountain of even Las Vegas in Elvis Presley style. Tour operators will be very helpful in providing you with the correct advice and information about getting married abroad.

When choosing your exotic destination remember that some of the destinations we normally associate with glorious sunshine and beautiful beaches and scenery may have seasons where the weather may not be so predictable or kind. Beware of monsoon and hurricane seasons in particular.

Organising a wedding can be a very stressful affair but there are usually plenty of people that will be willing to help such as friends and family as well as wedding organisers if you want to leave everything to a professional. There are also many ways that you can get the information that you need to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly and to plan.
